computer support for 4 hours

After meeting my last customer which ended at 7:00 pm. I called
Mr.R from TTDI cause his computer has corrupted.

I believe the startup sector for his PC has gone due to improper
handling/ vibration of the hard disk. Or data lost during failed
writting of data to hard disk.

Whatever the reason was that, the Atlon 1800++ ( 1.53Ghz )
went dead and refused to start up properly. Well, it could boot
into safe mode though.... funny Mr. Gates product.... ai yo !!

Arrived TTDI crime scene ( I always call it crime scene cause I
like it ok? ) I looked at the PC, try to use Windows 98 startup
disk to a: sys c:... but still cannot.

So I :

Back up all the files to D:.

C:\Format C: enter, and press "y" or "Y".

D:

D:\cd Win98se

D:\WIN98SE

D:\WIN98SE\setup and enter.....

The rest of the story... as long as KLCC mate !!

Finished everything with windows XP and 98SE in the pc and
feeling very tired now. time is 1:26 am and time to sleep !!
